After returning Voyager from the Delta Quadrant and the Federation stands in a crisis .. dilithium crystals of the Federation’s main suppliers are disappearing , though space and time, any contact isolate them with an effective outer worlds, are folded around the various planets . And this event is not natural . Someone or something is causing it.
